Does anyone else care about health and wellness anymore?
I'm getting discouraged. I've always felt like I'm left out of a lot of things 'normal' people do because I like to look out for my health. I don't drink often so my friends don't ask me to come out. I get called out whenever I eat at restaurants and choose the healthy options. I don't ever express judgment against people who don't share my ideals but it gets obnoxious when people always judge me for something I think I'm doing right in my life. It sucks. I want to live a long healthy life and have a great time. But right now I'm having a terrible time given how much people judge me for being the health freak. That's really what I feel like... like I'm some kind of weirdo. Has anyone ever felt the same? I could really use some words of encouragement. Is it ever possible to find people who look out for their health? And how? Everyone I ever met seems to not care at all. I just take it that the norm is eating crap and drinking heavily every weekend. Should I just opt to not care like my peers and enjoy the now and not focus on my health completely? I'm so confused.

The 5 aspects of health: wellness and illness?
here are the 5 aspects physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social. I need definitions of what " wellness" and " illness" are in each category. wellness is being at the top of each aspect. for example, if you have physical wellness, you aren't overweight or underweight, balance what you eat, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, etc. illness is at the bottom, so it would basically be the opposite of all those things for physical health. so obviously physical health is easy, but what about the rest? i don't know how to describe what wellness and illness is in the other 4 aspects. help thanks in advance.

Where can I purchase natural wellness, Dst. products in McAllen Texas?
I want to know where the stores in McAllen Tx are wchich carry NaturalWellbeing products.
Has anyone purchased and used a global wellness rife machine ? Where did you buy it and what do you think?
I've heard first hand testimony of how they work but I find several online to buy and don't want to buy a copycat model but the real thing. Anyone a dealer?Gary Y responded, 'Scam' but that's why I'm asking. Gary may have gotten a copycat unit that doesn't do what it's supposed to do. The person that told me about it isn't selling them, has no connection to them and nothing to gain by telling me it works if it doesn't. You couldn't give this guy a million dollars to give his up. He believes in it that much. Has had it for years and uses it every day to maintain health after the unit corrected his illnesses.Anyone else have any testimony to offer?
